Shipping policy
All orders are shipped from Chattanooga, TN via UPS. Shipping costs are calculated by the weight and quantity of product ordered, as well as shipping location. We ship both domestically and to select international destinations. Orders ship Mon-Wed during summer months and Mon-Thur in winter months.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking code when your order ships.
Make sure the address is correct! We are not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order, excluding the cost of shipping, and ask that you re-submit your order.
Missing or Damaged Product
Let’s face it - Ship Happens! ;) If you receive a candle that is damaged during shipping, please send images of the damaged item to info@shoprustichouse.com. We are happy to replace the item for you. If you believe the package to be missing, please first contact the local branch of the shipping company (UPS). We find that most often lost packages are found that way.
Local Pickup
Pickup times are Monday - Thursday, 10am - 4pm.
Orders must be picked up within a 30 day period. After 30 days, your order will be canceled and returned to inventory. You will receive a refund for your order minus a 25% restocking fee.
